Dark Chocolate Covered Caramel With Pecans
This is one piece of candy. What's better than our yummy sea salt goat milk caramels? Those same caramels covered in dark chocolate with a pecan added! Each piece of gluten-free caramel weighs between 10 and 13 grams and is made with farm-fresh goat milk from our pastured goats. Each caramel is chewy (not too hard or sticky), has a pecan half added, is covered in 72% dark chocolate, and comes wrapped in a candy foil wrapper.
Caramels are best stored at room temperature (or slightly cooler) in an airtight container out of direct sunlight. The Ziploc they arrive in will work well for this purpose. They are best used within 3 weeks. After this point, they are still good to eat, but the sugars may crystallize which will give the candy a grainy texture. If you do not consume them before the "best by" date, they can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 6 months.
Candy is not shipped with insulated containers and ice packs. If you are concerned about your candy melting, insulated containers and ice packs are optional and available at an extra charge.
