Chocolate Goat Milk Caramels
This is for one piece of candy. Each piece of gluten-free candy weighs between 10 and 13 grams and comes individually wrapped. The caramels are made with farm fresh goat milk from our pastured goats. Each caramel is chewy, and not too hard or sticky.
Storage: Caramels are best stored at room temperature (or slightly cooler) in an airtight container out of direct sunlight. The container they arrive in will work well for this purpose. They are best used within 3 weeks. After this point, they are still good to eat, but the sugars may crystallize which may give the candy a grainy texture. If you do not consume them before the "best by" date, they can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 6 months.
Candy is not shipped with insulated containers and ice packs. If you are concerned about your candy melting, insulated containers and ice packs are optional and available at an extra charge.
Ingredients: Raw goat milk, cane sugar, light corn syrup, cocoa, cow butter, vanilla extract, sea salt.
