Focaccia Sourdough Bread
Each loaf of artisan bread weighs approximately 12 oz. and measures 7" long x 4" wide x 2" tall. This bread makes for a delicious sandwich with goat cheese!
We start with 400 grams of sourdough bread dough and bake this delicious bread on the farm. It has a garlic herb blend added to the top for extra flavor.

Ingredients: Sourdough starter (unbleached white flour and water), unbleached white flour, water, olive oil, malt powder, yeast, salt, herb blend (garlic, salt, pepper, red bell pepper, parsley)
