Strawberry Rhubarb Filling
This quart jar container of strawberry rhubarb pie filling is made with rhubarb grown here on the farm and strawberries from a local farm.
Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Directions: Put bottom pie crust in pie plate. Add one jar of pie filling. Put a top pie crust (in whatever design desired) on and crimp edges. Optional is to brush top with milk and sprinkle on sugar. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then lower oven temp to 375 and cook 20-25 minutes til crust is golden brown.
Other Uses: Great for strawberry rhubarb cobbler or strawberry rhubarb crisp.
Ingredients: Strawberries, Rhubarb, Sugar, Clear Jel, Cinnamon, Lemon juice.
Storage: Store in the refrigerator once the seal has been broken.
